  Would recommend taking a Mana Kai paddle boarding tour to anyone traveling to Sesimbra and Arrabida. It’s the best way to see the area.   This was my first time paddle boarding (my sister had been once before) and it didn't disappoint! Nate is an excellent instructor, friendly and approachable for any questions. The weather was looking shaky, so Nate was more than accommodating and picked us up earlier so we could get enough time to learn and practice (the upside of the early start was that we got the whole beach and sea to ourselves, which was surreal!) He was always available for any queries we had before we met him. Nate was kind enough to provide my sister and I with delicious vegan/vegetarian food during a break from paddle boarding. Overall this was an incredible experience, and the highlight of our trip to Portugal. I would highly recommend learning from Nate, especially if you are a beginner like myself. Thank you Nate for a wonderful time!
