  Would recommend taking a Mana Kai paddle boarding tour to anyone traveling to Sesimbra and Arrabida. It’s the best way to see the area. Nate is chock full of fun... read more history facts, makes you feel safe and confident on the board, and provides a delicious variety of local food and drink along the way. We went in January and the conditions were perfect. Whether traveling during peak season or not, I’d urge all visitors to book an experience with Mana Kai!

He has great stories to... read more tell and knows all the good places to check out in the area. During the tour by car we stopped at some interesting spots. Paddle boarding is a lot of fun and Mana Kai is the only one with the real paddle boards (not inflatable ones). Highly recommend booking here! Including the winery tour is worth it as well, you will see some amazing things and try out some very local wines.

We always felt totally safe and the surrounding area is truly magnificent ? Nate is a really cool guy with a wealth of knowledge on everything related to the sea and the local area. I cannot recommend this experience enough. We were first-time paddle boarders and I left this afternoon feeling like I could go out and buy a paddle board. Hooked! ??

We live in Lisbon and therefore we saw beautiful spots here, but this one was/ is one of our favorites. Besides Nate took awesome pictures and videos of us, which could remind us of this beautiful day.
