This tour is designed for both beginners and experienced paddlers, combining gentle instruction, exploration, and moments of pure connection with nature.

What to Expect
We meet in the morning at Mana Kai Paddle or a pre-arranged meeting point in Arrábida. Upon arrival, enjoy coffee, water, fresh fruit, and pastries while we outline the day and provide a short SUP lesson for beginners.
Once ready, we launch from a carefully selected beach (chosen daily based on weather and tide conditions) and begin our paddle along Arrábida’s dramatic coastline. Along the way, you’ll glide past sea caves, cliffs, and schools of fish visible beneath you thanks to the area’s exceptional water clarity.
Our journey continues toward Anixa Island, where you’ll have the option to snorkel in shallow, calm waters. Keep an eye out for octopus, small seahorses, and vibrant marine life. We bring a GoPro to capture the experience — your photos and videos will be emailed to you after the tour.
After swimming, we relax and warm up on the soft white sand of one of Europe’s most celebrated beaches. Take your time, enjoy the scenery, and soak in the moment before we gently wrap up the day.
If you choose the transport option, we’ll take care of pickup and drop-off from your hotel or location.

What to expect
Along our trip, we will encounter Sea caves and many fish that you will be able to see through the crystal waters. We will make our way to Anixa Island where you will have the option to snorkel around the shallow clear waters and look for Octopus and little Seahorses.
I will bring along the GoPro and capture your good times. We will email the pics and video to you 😉
After our swim, you will need to warm up, and what better way to do that than on the white-hot sand of the Voted #1 Beach in Europe.
After enjoying this paradise for a while, we will call it a day.
If you choose to add transportation we will pick you up and drop you off at your hotel/location.
