About Us Ocean Lovers
Mana Kai Paddle was started with the goal of sharing our combined passion for the ocean and Portugal. Sharing that passion by teaching SUP culture in beautiful Arrabida, Portugal, and providing a quality and memorable experience.
Nate relocated to Portugal from Hawaii and has fallen in love with Arrabida. Bringing with him years of experience in the tourism and hospitality industry. Over the last 15 years, operating several SUP Schools and working as a PADI Scuba & Ocean Safety instructor. His personality seems to be solar-powered and has enough positive energy to keep you entertained all day!

We do not use iSUP’s (inflatable boards), our boards are very good quality rigid boards. Stable for beginners and at the same time very light, maneuverable, and user-friendly. You can have a look here at the boards we use: Kumu Boards
