SUP Lesson

Taking a SUP lesson while visiting Portugal will be a memory that you can cherish for years to come. We take a lot of pride in sharing and teaching the sport we love. The experienced instructors at Mana Kai Paddle will customize the lesson to suit the individual to assure an amazing experience.

What to expect

We will meet at a pre-discussed location in Arrabida. Before getting in the water we will teach all you need to be a good paddler and have the best experience on the water, including safety and local conditions instructions.

When you are ready we will take the lesson to the water and practice all we talked before.
